Who is eligible to join?
All Shelby - Tipton County residents and workers are eligible to join The West Tennessee Credit Union. USA Patriot Act Identification Program To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Congress passed and President Bush signed into law the USA Patriot Act. The law requires that all financial institutions obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: When you open an account, we will need your name, birthdate, address, social security number, and driver's license number. We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. We appreciate your understanding as we work to support these efforts to maintain the security of your funds and our country. How do I start a membership account? To start your membership you must open an account with a deposit of $25.00 which will give you ownership in The West Tennessee Credit Union.
